Hi, as of afternoon on 9/29/2020 I lost ability to upload an audio file to a item on Interactive block with labeled graphic in RISE 360. The "Record Audio" option is not working, I cannot record or upload audio files. I checked with my colleagues, and this feature does not work for them also. Can anybody from Articulate team let me know if there is a change for this feature?
I have been having this same issue for months now. I send several ticket requests and I keep getting told to check my browser versions and open ports which my IT team has already done. Any other updates on getting this issue resolved?
Sorry to hear that you are still experiencing the behavior. I shared this information with my colleague JC who is handling your case so they can continue troubleshooting the issue with you. Your case is in good hands, and we'll continue the conversation there!
I am having the same issue here. I tried in both chrome and edge. Edge had a pop up asking to access my microphone, which I thought was promising, but no go.
I am having this problem today in the process block trying to upload audio from a file. It allows me to grab the upload, but then doesn't embed and there is no error message. Any thoughts? I am able to record directly though. Also tried chrome and edge and two different computers.
Hi there, I have been happily adding audio files to my Rise-360 courses with no issues but as of yesterday it is no longer letting me add either WAV or MPEG-4 (.m4a) files. It gives me the message 'Please verify the file type is an audio and try again'. File sizes are around 2-3 MB. Any thoughts?
Hi everyone! Thanks so much for letting us know what's going on. It sounds like there are two issues happening here:
Cannot record audio in an audio block, and
Cannot upload an audio file from your hard drive to an audio block.
Audio blocks seem to be working correctly from our testing, so we'd love to take a closer look at what you're seeing from your side. Please click here to open a case, attach any relevant files, and we'll work with you one-on-one to get this sorted out!

Hi there, Marie. We're working on this issue now. I'm sorry for the trouble! I'll let you know when we have a fix out.
Thank you, Crystal!
We released a fix, and uploading audio should now be working normally in labeled graphic blocks!
This same error is happening today September 8th 2022.
Do you have an info on this one?
Are you working on the feature right now?
Thank you very much for your help
Hi Fluentify UK LTD! Are you still having issues today? I just tried recording and uploading audio in a Labelled Graphic and it is working normally.
