Hello - my team builds content for customer support teams that manages multiple systems. We are always building for step-by-step processes. Currently the blocks force us to build one screen shot at a time which can be more than 10 screenshots.
1. Can we show multiple steps within the process block?
2. Is there a way to add additional steps within the markers (more than 9)?
We are creating process steps for different systems, which requires up to 20 steps. How can we create process steps without using one slide or screen at a time?

Are you referring to a Process Block on a Labeled Graphic block?
The fact that you are referring to Markers sounds more like a Labeled Graphic block.
The marker numbering for the markers only goes up to the #9.
