I am building a Rise 360 course and I want to build a drag-n-drop interaction in SL 360. Is there a rule of thumb for what the SL Story size should be?
I would say the 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen) is a good start for the Storyline 360 slide size. You can also open https://supportally.com/ and check your browser width under Browser Size. This will tell you about how wide you'd want the Storyline 360 slide to be.
Adding to Alyssa's comment... It also kind of depends on what your StoryLine content will be. We have a daily message that is driven by the day of the week so I created a SL file to run some JavaScript and display the appropriate message for the current date. The StorySize is 1000 X 150 because that is all it needs to be. LOL
Also, keep in mind that like many blocks in Rise, you have some setting options to control how StoryLine will look. You can set the width of your block in Rise to Small, Medium, or Full Width.
My advice, play around with BOTH the story size and the Block Width until your content appears the way it needs to.
