Hi - Recent issue occurring with Rise courses downloaded as SCORM and uploaded to our LMS.
Users take the quiz and regardless of pass/fail-retry, upon completion of the assessment there is no navigation to retake or navigate to next section of Rise course. I have logged in and attempted on my own and had no issues. Users have cleared cookies/cache/history.

If your content works properly at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, please open a support case with your LMS provider. They’ll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems.

You are missing much more than just the Navigation button at the bottom of the page.
