Quiz questions and answers not reporting correctly in LMS

I have published the quiz which consists of 10 questions in both Scorm 1.2 and TinCan.

The Scorm version only reports on 8 questions. TinCan reports all 10 but does not record the answers, scores or the correct/incorrect.

I am wondering if this is a known issue with Rise360 or whether its my LMS.

Hi there, Brian. A great way to answer that question, "Is it my output or is it the LMS," is to test with SCORM Cloud. If it works properly on SCORM Cloud, it's a good indication that the issue is in the LMS.
