Recording Training Without an LMS

Hello instructional designers!  We are in the process of implementing an LMS at the end of 2023 however until then we have eLearnings that are ready to be rolled out however we have no way to ensure employees have completed them.  We thought about posting on our SharePoint site however that still won't help us track completion.  I saw some other articles out there about embedding a form (like SmartSheet) for users to track completion.  Short of having them take a screen shot and emailing it to us, do we have any other options?  Thank you so much; any leads are appreciated!
