I created a glossary approx. 2 years ago on Rise on a different account to the one I am now using. Once complete, I published it. I have this link, which still works.
Is there any way I can revert the content of this back to source content in order for me to add additional terms to it? I no longer have the original source yet I have a licenced Articulate account.
If the course that you published 2 years ago is still accessible, there's a chance that the original course might be as well if they are all under the same account.
There isn't a way to recover Rise 360 courses from Review 360, but if you don't recall permanently deleting the Rise 360 course, and it's still under your other account, then our support team can help you recover it. Feel free to reach out to our support team by opening a case here so we can check if the course is still available.
