I just completed a full course in Rise 360. I am wanting to know if there is a way to export data such as retake count for quizzes, scores from all attemps, and nameof the person taking the test, progress on course and status of completed course.
Want to be able to reach out to those that may have had difficulties with some quizzes to provide better training service.
Rise does not track this level of detail. You would require a LMS, and even then exactly what data each LMS keeps track of varies greatly. Typically a LMS would allow you to export data as an Excel file.
Karl is spot on – are you planning to use a learning management system (LMS) to share the course with learners? If so, Rise 360 will send this data to the LMS, and you can export it from there.

Thank you Karl and Alyssa. Yes i will be loading this into Cornerstone LMS. Once i get it loaded i will play around to see what information it allows for me to export. I will check back in once i go live with it.

When I am exporting to move into LMS, which option would I select if i want to see all the quiz results not just one?

You can track a Rise 360 course by a single quiz. If we add a feature to allow for multiple quiz tracking, we'll let you know!
