We have a team member getting ready to go out on leave. We don't want to transfer her content to another licensee as she will need it back when she returns and that could get messy trying to figure out what to "send/share back". We don't want to share courses one at a time, she has a lot of courses nor do we know at this point what we may or may not need access to. Is there a "share all" function or is the only way one at a time?
Hi there, Justin! It sounds like the most ideal solution would be a shared folder where that team member can share her courses for other authors to access while she's on leave. That's a popular need, so I'll be sure to add your team to this feature request.
For now, you'll want to use one of these available options:
Remove the user from your Articulate 360 team and reassign their content to another person. When the team member comes back, the new owner will have to send a copy of each course back to the original owner.
The team member can send a copy of each course to another person, one at a time.
The team member can add collaborators to each course, one at a time.
