I have launched my course created in Rise 360 via my LMS (SumTotal) and it only works in Chrome, but I need it to also work in IE11. Has this happened with anyone else? Can anyone help?

We use a different LMS, and our Rise courses work in IE11.
As we are both using Rise, but a different LMS, it appears that the issue is related to SumTotal. Have you spoken to their Technical Support?
