Jan, 2019 documentation for Rise 360 states that course titles have a max 100 character length. I am finding cases where more than 100 characters are shown.
When editing, the title is shown as cut off. But the full title (more than 100) is shown in a published shared link.
Can anyone explain this? I want to be able to confirm that if I can view more than 100, that all other viewers will be able to too.
Allison - More than 100 characters was added through translation process. English was 100 or less characters. The file was exported. Translated. And then reimported. The translation of the title came in over 100 characters. It doesn't show in the editing stage, but when published, more than 100 characters show.

I just tried this out and wasn't able to enter more than 100 characters, so I'm curious as to how you've managed to do that.
I think the best thing to do here is to have our Support Team take a look. You can submit a case here.
