Rise 360 Distribution

Jul 19, 2023

Hi Community,

I created a rise content for an internal publication so I don't need it to be tracked nor used as an e-learning. It's just reading material.

I wanted to export a Web versions but I'm encountering issues with the IT as for the hosting server and my purpose is to share it with the largest number of persons.

What are the risks of sharing the "review" link? I tested with externals and it seems to work...

Of course I'd rather a proper web version but it seems complicated.

Thanks in advance!!

Hi Lisa,

Technically, Review 360 and Rise 360 share links are meant to be shared with stakeholders interested in seeing the progress when a course is being developed.  It is not meant as a long-term hosting solution, as noted in our Rise 360 course sharing guidelines.

If hosting it on a web server is not possible due to your I.T. restrictions, perhaps downloading a PDF copy of the course will work.
