Rise 360: Exit Course Button

Hello -

I just built a Rise course, hosted on our LMS and have set a pass/incomplete threshold of 80%... my question is:

if I remove the exit course button in a rise 360 course will it still capture the quiz results?

We have several learners who 'can't find' the exit course button, and we think that's what's being used to communicate the score/completion to the LMS. Is that true?

Any insight?

Hi Kimberly,

There is no single answer to your question, as it depends on how your LMS works.

Our LMS requires the exit course button to communicate the score/completion to the LMS. However, yours may not.

You need to perform thorough testing to confirm if your specific LMS requires it or not.
