I have a problem with getting a Rise 360 course to be set to completed in an LMS system.
I have activated the Exit Course link as well as added an Exit Course button in my course. The course is published as SCORM 1.2.
When the course is run from LMS, neither the Exit Course link nor the Exit Course button work. Nothing happens when I click on either.
I have tried it in SCORM Cloud as well and there it works fine, the button/link work and the course is set to completed. I have read many of the threads about Rise courses not being set to completed in LMS but none seem to deal with the buttons not working.
Thanks for sharing the details of your testing on SCORM Cloud and your findings. It definitely sounds like something isn't working correctly in your LMS. You can try testing again with Debugging enabled. You may want to share these logs with your LMS admin so they can assist. You can also try republishing for a different SCORM version such as SCORM 2004 to see if this works on your LMS.
