One of our users is having difficulties and getting a constant error when trying to upload images - chrome not responding.. it Keeps crashing. the browser is up to date. We have tried using Firefox and the problem seems more intermittent has still occurred and Firefox is also very slow in general.
Hi there, Moise. I'm suspecting something in that user's environment that is slowing down the connection. Great idea to have them try another browser. Ask them to try a Chrome incognito window. That window won't have any saved items in their browsing history, or any plugins or extensions they may have enabled.
