Hi everyone! I hope you are all well. We are currently having some issues with Rise 360 not recognising apostrophes in answers for open questions - has anyone experienced this? We are guessing it might have to do with using a Spanish keyboard as opposed to using an English one. Any ideas?

Here's what I see when I use an apostrophe in a fill-in-the-blank knowledge check question.
Did you author this course using a Spanish keyboard? And if so, are you seeing the issue when you preview the course?
