Yeah, Rise is still having issues. Pretty sure they're aware and working to fix the issue. Until then, it's a bad day for ID/eLearning devs... I'm taking the day to build all custom interactions in Storyline and/or create videos. If you can, I recommend working on something else until the issue is resolved.
This is the same error message I was getting off and on since yesterday afternoon when not getting the 504 message.
Same on my end for the past two days......

I’m so sorry for the trouble! Rise 360 and other Articulate products have experienced some technical issues recently, and our team has identified the issue.
We’re pushing out a fix and will be monitoring it. We’ll continue to share updates on our status page, articulatestatus.com, and you can subscribe there to stay informed! Once we’re back up and running fully, we’ll also share an update within E-Learning Heroes as well.

Currently getting the 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable message for RISE. Is this happening to everyone? It was working perfectly an hour ago.

Hi Luciana, I fear this is the old post about the issues we got at the beginning of the month. No new issues were noticed since then :)
