We have quite a few colleagues using IOS 13+ on iPads in the field, and they cannot open any Rise 360 content that is produced. The content attempts to launch and hangs, ive tested this on multiple ipads and only seem to have the issue with iPads on 13.1 and above. Content is active on LMS.

Have you tried viewing the course Share link using an iPad? If so, does the course play normally?
