Hello, Lalit! We've seen this issue before, and it is often resolved by deleting the video file from the course. Then upload the video to Rise again with a new title. Use a short video title with letters and numbers only (no spaces).

Was there any resolution on this issue? I am seeing the same problem on our devices that use IOS. No issue on PC.
