If we have a vendor build a course for us in Rise, is it possible for them to share the content with us and allow us to make updates to it, if we are not on the same team and have different team licenses.
Example:
Company A vendor builds a course for Company B.
Company B wants to make updates to this course.
Is it possible or does Company A vendor have to make all updates to the course?
I'm a freelancer and have my own (not team) licence. I work for a company that also has Rise on a team licence and I'm not on their 'team'. We exchange courses for updating by making each other collaborators and then transferring ownership - works fine for us.
Hey Michele! As long as you both have Articulate 360 Team subscriptions, you'll be able to use the collaborative workflow!
You'll also have the option to send a copy of your Rise 360 courses to any other author: team or freelancer. You'd each have your own copy of the course, and your edits would only impact your copy.
