We have had feedback from some of our users, that in the final knowledge quiz (which is 15 questions, passmark is 80% (12/15)) if they have failed the test when they go back in to retake at a later date, it doesn't start the quiz from the beginning as expected, it starts from e.g. question 7 and continues on to question 15?
However, on our LMS, the tracking shows correctly their last test score.#

It sounds like your learners may be running into a suspend data limit. Do you know if this course was published for SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or another standard?
Have you run into this problem in your own testing, as well?
Thanks for that insight, Andrew. It sounds like you could be having an issue with suspend data which controls the resume behavior of your course. We recommend splitting the course into smaller modules if you can't use the SCORM 2004 standard.

I have sent that you replied to the other post, and I responded to you there!
It was published on SCORM 1.2. to go on our LMS and yes when someone tested on our LMS after the concern was raised we also saw the issue.
