We love Rise 360, our learners love Rise 360, but our Intuition LMS does not. Everything works fine until the quiz. Upon answering and clicking submit for the first question, everything freezes. I have tested various configs for the quiz and have the same issue. I have tested on SCORM CLOUD and of course, everything works fine.
Just reaching out to the community to see if anyone else might have this dilemma, especially in working with Intuition LMS.
I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble here. Have you reached out to your LMS provider to find out if they have any idea what could be causing this? If not, I would start there.
In the meantime, hopefully there are some other community members who can help you out here.
