Issue with videos in Saba Cloud VEMS App

Hi all, I've created a course containing a couple of videos using Articulate Rise. The course is stored in our LMS system Saba Cloud. While everything works as expected in Saba Cloud, I came across some issues with videos in the Saba Cloud VEMS App for mobile devices.
1. Videos crashing when a user is seeking forward - happened in all tested devices (Android, iPad, iPhone). Videos play just fine when I disabled forward seeking.
2. Video cannot be played in fullscreen mode. The fullscreen button is greyed out and cannot be clicked on - happens only on Android and iPhone. iPad works fine.
Can anyone advise? I would especially appreciate any advice on the fullscreen issue. Thank you

We support Rise 360 in mobile browsers, such as mobile Safari and mobile Chrome. We don't support Rise 360 in any third-party LMS apps.
How does the course perform in those mobile browsers outside the app?

It works 100% correctly in mobile browsers, we've tested Chrome, IE, and Safari, but we know that a significant part of our employees will access it via the mobile app - Saba Could VEMS App, where the above issues occur.
