rise 360 scorm replacement does not work

Hello, in a course on Moodle we have replaced a scorm made with RISE360 with another more updated one always made with RISE360, but whoever has completed the first scorm, if they access the course, they can no longer see the updated one. While with Scorm made with Storyline this has never happened.
Why?

Hi there Paolo! Can you ask the users to try viewing the courses using a different browser or using incognito/private browsing? If that doesn't fix the issue, I recommend clearing the browser cache for the affected users. 

You also want to make sure that the users view their courses using supported browsers for Rise 360.
