Rise and Audio Issues

We had to build a Rise course as a web object and place in a storyline slide because the way in which Rise packages SCORM doesn't work correctly with our LMS. It creates duplicate directory paths confusing the LMS.
In any event, we are having a testing issue in which some users can hear the sound consistently and others cannot. The track ball will disappear or an odd code appears at the end of the sound track line that cannot be played. The sound was recorded in Chrome. The web object created in Chrome. The LMS launches explorer. The error occurs from the Web Object package that is published by Rise. Is there any assistance or recommendations you can provide?

Update - We have found that your Web Object Export feature doesn't function correctly. When you review the code files in the index.html that have errors are missing from the assets folder that the code is trying to call from. The files with errors don't exist in the package.
