I am trying to access Rise Articulate and it is telling me I my computer is offline and to refresh. I am on a corporate server and it is not offline. Is Rise articulate having issues?

Hey folks! Rise 360 is back up and running normally, and we're monitoring carefully.
I'm getting the same error. I am also unable to access templates in storyline. its there something wrong with the entire articulate suite?
It was fixed a couple days ago. I'm not having any issues at the moment.
