Can you tell me more about what you're hoping to do? Do you want a Rise 360 course to start over from the beginning each time a learner accesses the course?

Hi there - I am interested in knowing this. I would like the learner to have to start over from the beginning each time the learner accesses the course. Is this possible?

Hi Heather! Rise 360 courses exported for web will always start over from the beginning each time the learner accesses the course, but LMS-exported courses will always resume where the learner left off. 

Can you tell us more about why restarting from the beginning is preferable for your learners?

Hello Alyssa, I am currently testing a Rise course in our LMS (Sumtotal). It bookmarks beautifully if leaving the course and returning prior to completion. After the module is marked complete in the LMS it returns the learner to the last lesson. All previous lessons with the exception of the 1st lesson are locked. What do I need to do to allow the learner to review the module with no restrictions (Free) after completing the course?

What type of navigation restrictions have you set up for your course?

Navigation Mode is set to Restricted

Hi Rachel, I tested a course with restricted navigation with SCORM Cloud the industry-standard testing engine, and I was able to navigate through all of the lessons after relaunching the completed course. What you are experiencing seems to be with Sumtotal. I recommend reaching out to their support team for help.
