Hello, I was in my free trial and still have six days left. However, the program I am in already set up my license. When I clicked the link sent, it did not work. I contacted support about still having the trial to see if it needed to end first, and they said I just needed to reset my password. I followed the link they sent to reset my password, and now all my Rise content is gone. Some of the content was for a project I was working on for a client. I appreciate any help in fixing this issue.
