Rise Course Errors with SCORM in Workday Learning

Hi all. Our company is using SCORMd Rise courses in Workday Learning and have had success on Browser-based devices with the packaged file allowing us to link to other courses or resources while keeping the current course progress. 

Our company is testing app-based devices (Samsung tablet) and the SCORM packages are causing error messages when linking to other courses, resources, or simply when the device idles (screenshots attached). Our entire onboarding program is built with Rise SCORM packages in Workday and we are very eager for a solution to this. We are using Workday Browser, not the app.

If you're using a Samsung tablet, you'll want to be sure you're viewing the Rise 360 content in the Google Chrome mobile browser. That's the only supported mobile web browser for Android mobile devices. From your screenshot, it looks like you may have been using another mobile browser for accessing Workday.

Can you please try mobile Chrome and let us know if you see a difference?
