Rise course in Moodle

I have been using Storyline for years and am just now starting to experiment with Rise. I am trying to load a Rise course into our LMS (Moodle), but when I load it in there (exporting from Rise as Web and not SCORM), and click on the link to launch it in Moodle it looks fine on a laptop, but on a phone the Rise course isn't fitting into the screen (looks like the responsiveness is not picking up on the screen size). I have to scroll from right to left to read a line of text in any of the topic blocks.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Why are you not exporting as SCORM?
Have had some issues with SCORM in the past and didn't need to track these specific modules, so that's why I was using web output. However, I tried it as SCORM and the same issue happened.
Hi Whitney,
I’m sorry that you’re having some trouble here.
Did you try uploading your course to SCORM Cloud to see if you experience the same behavior?
That's what we generally recommend doing to determine whether the problem stems from the course or the LMS. Here's an article that walks you through how to do that.
If it works correctly on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is coming from the LMS and you'll need to talk to your provider.
If you see the same issue on SCORM Cloud, then the problem is likely coming from the course itself. If that's the case, please reach out to our support team.
In the meantime, if there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know!

SCORM 1.2 supports the mobile devices, but not with SCORM 2004.
did you ever find the solution to this?
Hi Rob,
Are you having trouble with your Rise 360 content in Moodle? Let us know more about what you're seeing, and hopefully another Moodle-user can point you in the right direction!
no not yet - just thinking ahead and doing some research!
