Rise Course Not Uploading to Scorm Cloud

Hey friends, 

I have an exported scorm file in the form of a zip (as requested by the application) however, upon uploading I receive an error stating that there's an "Internal Error." We uploaded it last week and it worked just fine but, when we changed the image and font it would no longer let us upload the new version. 

Can someone please assist?

Thanks for sharing your published course. I tried uploading it in SCORM Cloud, and I was able to upload it successfully:

Were you trying to update the existing course in SCORM Cloud with the latest version of your course? If so, please try republishing your course with the Reset Learner Progress option switched on:

  • Click Publish > LMS
  • Click More Settings
  • Switch on Reset Learner Progress
  • Click Continue
