I'm hoping someone can help. We've built a rise course, which from the editable side (as well as preview and review link) becomes unresponsive when trying to edit the blocks, as well as preview the course.
The page freezes and browser prompt is "Page Unresponsive".
I'm not sure where to start to try and see if there is something corrupted in a graphic maybe.
Sorry to hear that the page becomes unresponsive when you try to modify or preview a course. Does the issue happen when you try to modify specific blocks in a lesson? If you duplicate the course, does the issue also happen to the duplicate copy? Is the issue happening to other courses as well?
