I am trying to load the HTML Rise Course to our company server. It will not load. It says that it is missing the font files but they are in the zip file that exported. This will not work in IE or Chrome. Please help!
Hi Abby, It looks like you also started a Support case - exactly what I'd recommend! I saw Miker sent some additional troubleshooting steps on November 9th. Did you get that email? If not, let me know and I can ask him to reach out again so that we can get to the bottom of the issue.
