Rise courses disappear when seat is transferred

Hi Everyone,

Hoping to see if this group can help before submitting the enquiry to Articulate. Our admin of our account has transferred the seat from one person to another person just recently. When the new person logs in all our teams previous rise courses have disappeared. We can however, still click the review links to these courses and preview them.

Has anyone encountered this before and knows how to "re-find" our previous courses?

Hello, Andrea!

Your Rise 360 dashboard of courses is unique to your own account. There isn't a "shared team dashboard" where everyone on your team sees the same courses. Instead, your dashboard will display only the courses you've authored or the courses you're collaborating on with other authors. 

When you remove someone from the team, you can choose what happens to that person's Rise 360 content. You can transfer it to another team member, delete it, or do nothing with it. See below for details on each option.

Please ask your admin which option they chose when removing the user from your team. Let me know if that helps!
