Last year I started using Articulate RISE; the company has 2 seats.
A colleague had the other seat, but has since left the company. She 'shared' her courses with me before she left. Her seat has in the meantime been allocated to a third person; the colleague who left is no longer on the list when I access 'Manage Team'.
I can access the courses that have been shared with me, but how can I export them?

Hi Donna,
Only the course owner or someone with Course Manager status can export the course.
When this person left the organization, what did you do with all the courses of which they were the owner?
The Rise Administrator in your organization has the ability to transfer all of the courses to someone else in your team.
