A former colleague in our company created a lengthy learning object in Rise. She has since left the organization, and thought she had shared permission/access with my colleagues for this particular learning object (I didn't have a license at the time), but that wasn't the case. Now, this former colleague doesn't have an Articulate license anymore, and we are left without access to the learning object, even though we do have licenses! I'm guessing it's in the cloud somwehere... Any suggestions on how to access that source material? Thanks for your ideas! - Emily
If everyone in your organization (including the person that left) are members of an organizational Articulate 360 Teams account, then all courses and assets of that employee can be transferred to another current team member.
Hi Emily! When a user is removed from an Articulate Teams account, the admin has the option to transfer all of their content to another user. Perhaps you can check with the admin of your account if it was transferred to one of your other colleagues?
