I would love to get some insight from anyone who has experienced issues with Rise courses not sending completion statements to an LMS or LXP.
We are currently using Rise courses on Learning Pool's Stream platform but are experiencing some Rise courses are not sending through complete statements and others are.
There does not appear to be any correlation as to which courses act as expected and those that do not.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so did you find a fix?
Hi there, Niall. There could be some variability in browser behavior and how learners are exiting the course, e.g. closing the browser directly, hitting a course exit button, etc.
