SO, what are some best practices for centralizing Rise 360 files? Rise doesn't create a file like Storyline. Rise's files are stored online. I get that you can share these files with your team. We are trying to gather best practice ideas so that if something happens to one person then their files are not lost on the web. Any suggestions?

If a member leaves your team, all of the courses for which they are the owner can be transferred to a different team member.
So their courses will not be lost on the web.
