We have an Articulate Rise course exported as SCORM 1.2 module, which is embedded in Moodle 3.11.
We’ve had intermittent reports from users of some graphics from the Articulate Content Library not being displayed. So far as we can see these issues do not correspond to 404 errors, or other error messages on the server stats.
Do you know if there are any error reports generated by Moodle or Articulate when an issue occurs ? Are there any reports on the server that will indicate when issues are occurring ?
Hi there, Tom! If the issue is specific to the learner, there could be errors showing up in their browser console logs. You're always welcome to open a case with us if that's what you're finding.
I'll defer to other Moodle users, but Articulate wouldn't get any logs on our end for learner issues encountered with content hosted on a learning management system.
