We recently put our Rise course up on a University server and we are having issues with some individuals not being able reach the course. University IT was unable to find any issues on the server end, but we believe it may be a JavaScript error with the code provided from Articulate Rise.
Is there any solution to this? Is there certain browser settings that need to be in place to access the course? This has happened on certain iPhones with Safari and this code is from a 2017 Macbook Pro on Safari.
