Rise Images are not working!

Whenever I try and replace a "text on image" from the Content Library (using the STYLE, IMAGE menu) it shows up behind the default image! THe only way to avoid this is to upload an image and then use the pencil (content) icon and reload an image from the Content Library. If you use the Style Menu icon it overlays the default image.

I cleared my cache, switched browsers, rebooted... nothing works! This is the second time in less than 2 weeks this has occurred and it's super frustrating when you can't even get Support to return an email and there is no phone number to talk to anyone!
