Hello, I'm trying to open RISE 360, but it doesn't open any of my projects. Does anyone else have the same problem? I tried Chrome and Firefox. Same issue in both browsers. I don't see any issues being reported so far. Thank you!
I'm having the same issue. Rise 360 will not load my course list. I've cleared my cache, done several hard refreshed and tried both on Chrome and Safari. After several minutes I get this message.
It has stopped working for me about 15 minutes ago. Nothing on the status page about it being down. All other internet is working fine. Is there an outage?
Hi Cyndy! You may have seen that the Rise 360 course dashboard was not loading. We’ve resolved the issue, and we’re monitoring the situation carefully. We’re sorry for the interruption!

Same problem here, but there's nothing on the status page that I can see?
But the status page says Rise is working!
Same here! Incredibly frustrating. Had the same issues last week too. Closed everything down and restarted, tried a different bowser etc etc. It really throws a spanner in my work when I have lots of work to get done! 😩
Yes, Once again it is not working. I have submitted a report about this, hopefully it will be up and running soon.
Rise is not opening - just loading then nothing! :( - 21 Feb. Very frustrating - I have a client project deadline in 12 hours

Yes it worked a while ago but has stopped for the last half hour. Nothing will load! Very frustrating as I have a course to show a client soon!

I'm also experience this issue as well. The courses in review are loading, but all the Rise 360 courses are still loading.

Seems Rise 360 is down today. Have tried several browsers but no luck with any of them.
