Rise needs caption upload feature for videos.

Please make this a priority for your new features. 

All of our videos need to be captioned as well "locked" so users cannot skip ahead. It takes so many extra steps/time to add a captioned video by way of a Storyline block. The process is tedious especially when changes and updates need to be made to videos in the course. The end result is also not as seamless and professional looking as the native video option in Rise.

I have already put in a feature request a while back, but am posting here to see who else sees this as a major priority. I can't find it anywhere on your upcoming features list.
