So, Rise is a very nice product. When we test the e-learning everything looks perfect. But when we publish it to our LMS and open the app, the learning appears to be not responsive. It is very small and hard to read. Is there something we are doing wrong in Rise or is it the LMS?
The responsive features in Rise depend on modern browser technology (check out our viewing specifications here), and the latest version of browsers like Chrome, IE, Firefox, and Mobile Safari give Rise the HTML5 support it needs to look beautiful on any device. It sounds like you may want to check with your LMS vendor to see if they can provide the same level of HTML5 support in their app.
Hello Christina! I do not have any further information regarding Madeleine's issue outside of what you can see here. Have you taken a look at your published Rise course in you browser outside of your LMS app to see how that looks for you?

I'm having the same issue as Madeline mentioned above. What was the resolution for this problem?
