Rise steps interaction query

Wondering if I should add this here. Is this a bug or suppose to be like this and/or should I log it elsewhere:
I was working on a Rise interaction and saw that when I make a step interaction (using the built-in feature) I see the "next step" arrows appear like this when editing (which I didn't expect), next step on the left, last step on the right:
When I look at the preview view the arrows appear like this (as you would expect) next step on the right, last step on the right:

This is what I see for a process Block while in Edit mode.
Hi Tracy! That's certainly odd!
If you create a new lesson and insert a new process block, does the same thing happen? Also, what web browser were you using when you noticed this?
