Hello! I attempted to import translated text from English to French within my course and the import was successful, however the text still appears in English. I did import within the duplicated course. Is there anyone that I would be able to submit a ticket to?
Was this XLIFF file translated manually? There should be a source tag (containing the text in the original language) and a target tag pair (containing the text in the translated language), as shown in an example below:
In your file, I only see the source tag without its target pair:
This is why even though the import is successful, the course is still in its original language.
It's probably possible to add these target tags manually where the translated text will go, but it will be a lot easier if you use translation software to do that (e.g., SmartCat, Trados, etc.). There are also some translation services that will offer to do your translation for you.
