Some labels for some languages are in settings for Rise--if you go to Settings then Labels, you can see the list:
English, German, French, Spanish.
If you need more languages [there are a few more out there] you can export the labels and get them translated by clicking next to the English label and downloading it--the file is an XLIFF file and most if not all experienced translators/agencies can work with it. [p.s. You don't need all the labels translated if you aren't using them]
