Sorry to hear quiz tracking from your Rise lesson isn't being reported correctly by your LMS. Glad to see Jorg has been helping you!
Have you had a chance to test the Rise lesson with SCORM Cloud? It's a virtual LMS environment we use to determine if an issue lies with a project file or the LMS itself. If you test your Rise lesson in SCORM Cloud, and the quiz tracking works as expected, then the issue is likely LMS-based.
If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, or if you need our help testing, please open a support case, so we can take a closer look at your project.

Hi Jörg
Thank you for replying.
The issue is that I do not want to track by the quiz result.
I want to track by completion.
Rise is sending the quiz grade to the LMS even though I've set tracking to be by completion.
We don't want to save the quiz score - just completion of the module.
Have you run into that before?
Thanks
Heather

Hi Steven
Thanks for the reply.
The problem that I don't want the quiz result reported to the LMS.
I want tracking by completion only (see attached for settings).
Testing in SCORM Cloud shows the completion tracking is working.
BUT, when uploaded to the LMS it is reporting the quiz result.
I'll check the SuccessFactors content item settings and post if I'm able to resolve the issue.
Thanks
Heather
