Hello, has anyone had any problems with their Rise content not displaying properly after publishing in SAP LSO? Everything uploads and publishes without errors, but when I launch it in our portal, it's all jumbled and unusable. I have tried every export option and chrome, firefox and internet explorer browsers. Please help!
Yikes, Alice! Sorry to hear you've run into these issues. It's always helpful if you can show your LMS support team how the content behaves in another LMS environment, like SCORM Cloud. Have you had a chance to test the course there yet? If it works as expected in SCORM Cloud, then it's safe to assume the issue lies within SAP LSO.

We had SAP LSO for years. Worst nightmare software ever created. I thought we were the only ones who had it.
