I have created multiple lessons under one course. My team and I have tested it to where we leave the site and our progress is not saved and requires starting all the lessons over. Is there a way to allow users to save their progress once they begin the course?
I would suggest testing your course a test drive in another LMS environment. That'll narrow down whether this is an issue with your LMS or with the Rise course itself. We use SCORM Cloud for this kind of testing. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.
This video tutorial demonstrates how to use SCORM Cloud with Articulate content.
You'll also find some helpful LMS-troubleshooting tips here.
If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly a support case and share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.
If your course behaves the same way in SCORM Cloud, please open a support case with us.
Thank you for responding so quickly. Unfortunately, my organization has strict rules on what applications we can use with our LMS and Articulate is not an approved application. We are using the web based form of Articulate Rise for our users to take the lessons.

Hi Rawan,
Which LMS are you using?

Hello Karl and Hazel!

Hi Rawan,
If you are publishing your course for Web, it cannot save any student progress data.
You need to publish for LMS.
